Introduction
Advertising today is no longer about the 30 second spot on the TV or the 200 cc space in the newspaper. It is about the most effective message and the most effective medium or media to reach the target audience. It could be the notice board in the employer's office or the direct mailer or better still, the space behind the local bus!!!
At brand-comm, we see ourselves as strategic partners who work towards building your brand. That doesn't necessarily mean running 30 second ads in all the leading media.
We understand the need to use your budgets wisely and effectively. Our Power of Insight garnered through experience and real-time in-house research, allows us to craft a communications programme which optimizes your advertising spends and meets your brand/marketing objectives.

About Author

Internal Branding - a Special Focus
We strongly believe in the philosophy that brand communication is all about educating and enlightening the brand value proposition to the prospective consumer audience. Conventional wisdom dictates that consumer audiences are the prospective buyers of the company's products. However company's internal stakeholders too are critical to your brand's communication.
And in the Information Technology sector, where attrition rates are high, it's even more important to communicate to employees to create a sense of pride and build brand equity to reduce attrition rates.
Is your employee clued in to your brand philosophy?
Does your corporate brand means the same to him/her as it does to you?
Is your employee an endorser of your brand?
These are some questions in the long list that are tormenting modern corporations. Recent studies have shown that corporations who have started thinking on these lines are able to build better brand equity than their counterparts who don't consider these issues important.
We have been working with Philips Innovation Campus (PIC) on Internal Branding Communication since 2001 with great results. Please go through our case study on PIC to understand the possibilities of internal branding.
