Experience

Brand-Comm, a PR and Digital Marketing agency, is looking to hire a full time Assistant Manager to join its fast-growing Digital Marketing and Social Media team. This position is for the company’s Bangalore division.

You will manage a portfolio of lifestyle and B2B brands along with personal branding. We would require you to provide senior strategic direction and brand counsel, as well as oversee the work of the day to day account teams.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client performance
  • Act as the senior point of contact for assigned clients and manage client deliverables
  • Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs
  • Work closely with the team lead in business development, which includes working on proposals and campaign strategies
  • Leading client servicing and identifying client needs and addressing them with strategic inputs and recommendations
  • Adapting content style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients and industries
  • Showcase strong creative writing and editing skills with attention to detail when it comes to spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Showcase expertise in managing projects and working with both long and short-term business objectives
  • Interpreting and analyzing results to improve client ROI
  • Deliver presentations on annual and monthly plans to clients and showcase clarity in thought
  • Team management which include reviewing the team’s performance

Desired candidate profile:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital & integrated marketing
  • Proven people management, and team skills
  • Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects to completion in a fast- paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively at an advanced level
  • Strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including research, analysis, and strategy
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills - Ability to present at all levels of the organization and a positive public representative
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be used in different scenarios
  • Understanding where the digital landscape is headed and being updated on trends and news
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaign strategies custom-tailored for various brands, ensuring that audiences are aligned with top business priorities and goals, including revenue, interest, awareness, loyalty, and satisfaction
  • Establish and spearhead new relationships with technology vendors and online partners

Job Description

  • Oversees all client’s social media accounts management.
  • Develop engaging Content & Communication for social media platforms to grow the followers and engagement organically
  • Ideate and define the (digital) content strategy for brands. This is not just limited to social media, but any online presence of a brand
  • Ideate and execute digitally lead campaigns for brands
  • Hands on experience with development and execution of paid campaigns on Social and Google
  • Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
  • Monthly audit and analysis of social media handles, including digital advertising costs and returns to determine efficacy and growth areas on social media platforms.
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Creative Agency (preferably Digital).
  • Experience in paid media (Social and Google)
  • Google certification is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the Social Media landscape
  • Very strong Copywriting Skills

  • Assist the leadership team in business development by providing tactical support and scouting for opportunities for growth.
  • Help the team in preparing for pitches to potential clients (presentations/ market research, etc.) and forwarding business opportunities and leads to the business development team.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver them on time, manage a team and ensure deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Ghost-write for clients on different topics and sell the concept to clients and media.
  • Manage and service clients.
  • Meet the agreed deadlines.
