An Internal Communications Audit to understand current status of Internal Communications is the starting point. This coupled with discussions with HR & Senior Management gives insights into current concerns which need attention.
Setting of Objectives' follows next. Further to which, we strategise a six-month / one year plan addressing the concerns in a detailed manner. If required, this plan will be integrated with the existing Internal Communications Calendar so that the equity of any of the existing ambience is not disturbed.
